Staff Benefits

Members of staff answer the question 'What is good about working at Halesowen College?'

"The strong financial position of the College is rare; other local colleges are in a far less healthy position."

"Though I have been in my job role a short time there are many around me that have been at the college for some time, they have progressed during their time here. I believe that this is testament to the job security at the college as well as potential progression routes."

"Working amongst a great team with job security."
