HCE Production Chef

We are seeking an individual to be employed by Halesowen College's subsidiary company Halesowen College Enterprises Limited. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and Front of House Supervisor in ensuring we offer a quality service in Bistro at B63.  You will be responsible for running the Production Kitchen for services offered to internal and external customers. Also to support the Restaurant Manager to write and cost menus and to oversee and ensure completion of all kitchen related Health and Safety Policies and documentation.

This position is Term Time Only, 40 hours per week.
